Premier Surgical Associates, PLLC, was founded in 1996 by the merger of three well-established general and vascular surgery groups in Knoxville, Tennessee. A CEO and Accountant were hired and a central business office established. The company has expanded from 13 surgeons to 27 surgeons with six primary offices with staff privileges at six area hospitals. The practice is physician-owned and operated.
